CHOBE AGM 2016

The CHOBE AGM 2016 and panel discussion was held on 10th March at City University
Chobe

In the morning there was a lively panel session exploring key issues relating to the Teaching Excellence Framework (TEF). Professor Sir Peter Scott from UCL/Institute of Education chaired this. The other  panellists were Professor Nick Morton, Associate Dean (Student Experience) Birmingham City University;   Nick Hillman, Director, HEPI; Issy Cook, President, City University Student Union and Ian Jeal, Global Education Manager, RICS.

The CHOBE Annual General Meeting 2016 took place in the afternoon.

Jane Wright was elected Chair for 2016-2017, with Mike Riley as Vice Chair and Kevin Thomas as Deputy Vice Chair.  David Proverbs was thanked for his able and committed Chairing and presented with a book.IMG_0119
